How the Training Works
This training should take about 30 minutes to complete and includes the three steps below:
Watch "Managing Conflicts of Interest" (~24 minutes long)
Complete and pass the online Quiz based on the film, and
Print your certification
If you do not complete the Quiz portion when you begin it, you will have to start the Quiz over (i.e. your answers are NOT saved).

NOTE: This training highlights various conflict of interest laws, but it should be noted that this training cannot substitute for actual legal guidance. Also, it should be noted that for some matters relating to conflict of interest, individuals may need to seek personal legal guidance.
