FILER ACCOUNT REQUEST
Getting Started for the First Time:
If you are the person responsible for submitting registration and disclosure materials for a Lobbying Organization, then you are that Lobbying Organization’s “filer”. Creating an account will allow you to utilize LAUSD’s Electronic Lobbying Filing System (ELFS) to file a registration and fulfill quarterly disclosure obligations for your Lobbying Organization. To begin the process, you must first complete the information below.
Please note that other than your e-mail address which will be used for internal purposes only, all information you submit in ELFS is public record.
Caution: Do not use the Back button or the Forward button on your browser's toolbar to navigate through ELFS.
