Meeting the Standards

Just
as our employee Code of Ethics details the expectations and standards we
have within the District, our Contractor Code of Conduct
sets forth the expectations we have for the contractors and vendors who
do business with the District.
As a public institution, LAUSD has a special responsibility to ensure that we are upholding high standards in business conduct. Our Contractor Code seeks to protect the integrity of our contracting and procurement processes and to assure that all who do business with LAUSD do so ethically.
We ask all those who are our business partners, as well as those who are interested in becoming our business partners, to become familiar with this Code:
