Our office views training as a vital path through which we
can foster a culture and environment of trust to support
our employees in doing their best work. As such, we
will be working hard to create new learning opportunities
and to take advantage of existing ones.
Our training programs will be designed to enhance an
employee’s leadership and teamwork skills and also to
help each person in the LAUSD family understand the role
they can play in cultivating public trust.
We are working deligently to create the curriculum and tools necessary to support annual training for all employees by 2007.
